Jen Anthony

Principal

Jen is a senior political strategist, government relations, and public policy leader with more than 20 years of experience advising Premiers, Ministers, nonprofit leaders, and CEOs across Canada. They have built their career at the intersection of politics, public policy, and community engagement, with a proven ability to navigate complex political environments, lead diverse teams, and deliver measurable outcomes. 

In addition to serving in senior strategic roles in more than 20 campaigns across six provinces, Jen has been a senior advisor to Premiers in Western Canada, where they led issues management and crisis communications, cabinet coordination, and community engagement. They have regularly prepared Cabinet submissions, advised on all manner of public policy, briefed government caucuses and stakeholders on high-profile policy issues, and led negotiations on confidence and supply agreements. 

In the private sector, Jen led advocacy campaigns to secure client success, devised and implemented crisis management strategies to protect clients’ business, and guided development of inclusive workplaces strategies to boost recruitment and retention. They have completed advanced leadership training at Harvard Business School and hold a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.

Jen  resides in Treaty One Territory, the home and traditional lands of the Anishinaabe (Ojibwe), Ininew (Cree), and Dakota peoples, and in the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
