Shannon Andrews
Principal
Shannon brings 20 years of experience advising Saskatchewan Party leadership and working within the Government of Saskatchewan. She has held pivotal roles across nearly every aspect of political operations and the civil service. Shannon began her career as a civil servant, advancing to serve as a Ministerial Assistant in various portfolios and later as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Social Services and the Minister of Government Relations.
In 2017, Shannon served as Scott Moe’s successful campaign co-chair for the Saskatchewan Party leadership race and was subsequently appointed Chief of Staff to the Premier. In this role, she acted as Premier Moe’s most senior advisor, overseeing the execution of government priorities and managing daily operations at the highest levels of government. Her extensive experience provides her with unparalleled expertise in navigating complex government processes, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing actionable strategies for organizations looking to engage with government, influence policy, and achieve their objectives.
Shannon served as the executive council lead for Saskatchewan’s COVID pandemic response and managed decisions working directly with the Ministry of Health and the Chief Medical Health Officer. Shannon is also the longest serving Chief of Staff to a Premier at the Council of the Federation table. She has worked directly with every province and the federal government on a number of key issues, primarily Saskatchewan’s advocacy to abandon the federal carbon tax.. Shannon has been a fixture at dozens of COF, Western Premiers and First Ministers meetings across the country and has built very strong relationships with government leaders across Canada.
Shannon has also been a cornerstone of the Saskatchewan Party’s electoral success. Most recently, she served as Co-Campaign Manager for the historic 2024 election victory, a role she also held during the 2020 campaign. Additionally, Shannon played key roles in the central campaigns for the 2011 and 2016 elections, contributing to the party’s continued success as one of the leading Conservative governments in Canada.
Shannon and her husband, Jeremy, live in Regina with their son Jackson.
